I recently had the pleasure of attending a wellness workshop that focused on foot scrub, body oil crafting, candle making, and mind and body breathing techniques and it was an absolute delight. Hosted by the talented Dr. Cedric Salone , of Bedewed skin, Jamaica Harper of Red elephant and Kim Chi wellness this workshop offered a holistic approach to self-care and relaxation.

Overall, Workshop exceeded my expectations. Not only did I leave with handmade products that I'm excited to incorporate into my self-care routine, but I also gained valuable knowledge and skills that I can continue to use in the future. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to indulge in a little self-care and creativity.

What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon, than with wine, great people, and passionate entrepreneurs guiding us through an interactive workshop on self-care. I had a really good time learning how to make candles, bath salts, massage oil, and the importance of breathing and body movement. Highly recommended everyone attend future workshops!

Loved, loved, loved the winter self care workshop!!! The classes were awesome and it was very fun and easy to create the self care products, so I’m excited to DIY (the massage oils and bath/foot scrub) at home in the future. This workshop was everything. I learned so much about the various bath salt & massage oil ingredients (myths too).
